Terms of Service

These Terms govern the conditions for using the Easy Bible mobile application and related services (the "Service") provided by Trinity Force Co., Ltd. (the "Company", "we"). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

This is an English translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Korean version prevails.

01Use of the Service

You must use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. The Company may change or improve the content and features of the Service, with prior notice where reasonable (or after the fact in urgent cases). The Service may be used anonymously without logging in, or via Apple/Google social login.

02Account and Login

• You may sign in via an Apple or Google account, in which case your name and email are processed for identity verification.
• You are responsible for managing your account and device, and must take care that your account information is not exposed to third parties.
• You may request account withdrawal and deletion of your personal information at any time through the in-app account deletion feature.

03Your Responsibilities

• You must not use the Service to infringe the rights of others or to violate any law.
• You must not interfere with the normal operation of the Service (reverse engineering, abuse of automation, bypassing security, and the like).
• You must not input or post content that is illegal, harmful, or damaging to others.

04User Content and Intellectual Property

Rights to the Service and to its content, design, and trademarks belong to the Company or its rightful licensors. Rights to content you create within the Service belong to you, and the Company uses it only to the extent necessary to provide the Service (generating AI responses, storage and synchronization, and the like). Details of how content is handled follow the Privacy Policy.

05Notice on AI-Generated Content

The Service generates and provides AI responses based on the content you create. AI responses are for reference only; they may contain errors, inaccuracies, or bias, do not carry theological or doctrinal authority, and do not replace professional (medical, legal, financial, and the like) advice. You should judge and verify AI responses for yourself, and the Company does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI responses.

06Paid Services and Payments

Some features of the Service may be provided as paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. Payment, subscription, renewal, and refunds follow the policies of the marketplace where the app is distributed (App Store, Google Play, and the like) and applicable laws (such as the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce). Subscriptions may be canceled in your marketplace account settings, with the timing of cancellation following each marketplace's policy.

07Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." The Company is not liable for damages arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, such as force majeure, user fault, or failures of third-party services (login, AI, payment, or analytics providers, and the like). The Company's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

08Suspension and Termination

The Company may change or discontinue all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons. You may end your use of the Service at any time by deleting the app or withdrawing your account. The Company may restrict your use of the Service if you violate these Terms or applicable law.

09Changes to These Terms

The Company may change these Terms as needed and will announce the effective date and the changes within the Service or on this page. If you continue to use the Service after the changes, you are deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms.

10Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute relating to use of the Service is subject to the court having jurisdiction under applicable law as the court of first instance.
